Charity Support

This Academic Year Pupil Parliament researched and decided to support:

Faringdon Food Bank

We donated food items to the Faringdon Food Bank from our Harvest Service.

Poppy Appeal

We sold poppies and memorabilia and raised £114.44 for The Royal British Legion.

Children in Need

In total we raised £292.08. This was from the £1.00 donations for wearing bright clothes and the money raised from the yummy cakes donated by parents. Thank you to everyone who took part, made cakes and donated money to this worthwhile cause.

Save the Children

Many thanks to everyone who sent in £1.00 for the charity Save the Children and wore a Christmas jumper. We raised £108.15

Cancer Research

Both our Christmas performances took a collection for Cancer Research and raised £367.77. Thank you for your generosity.

Some Year 5 girls asked to raise people for Cancer Research by making and selling jewellery – they raised £180.00

Comic Relief

In total we raised £254.40. This was from the £1.00 donations for non-uniform and buying a cup cake. The children also designed their own red noses during the day. Thank you to everyone who donated to the charity.
